    “Return and Refund Policy – LINDRA”

     

    At LINDRA we want you to feel secure with your purchase. That's why we offer both the statutory right of withdrawal and our own extended return policy. Please read the terms and conditions below to understand your rights and obligations.

     

    Right of withdrawal and open purchase


    • You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, calculated from the day you received your order.
    • In addition to this, we offer a 30-night trial period (open purchase) on products at regular price or at a small discount.
    • Note: Products purchased at a larger discount (e.g. 50%, 60% or 65%) are only covered by the 14-day return policy and not by our extended 30-day trial period.


     

    Conditions for returns

     

    For a return to be approved, the following applies:

     

    • The product must be in fresh and saleable condition. Normal trial use is okay, but the item must not be dirty, damaged, stained, have animal hair, odors or other effects that make it unsellable.
    • All original packaging, labels and any accessories must be included.
    • Hygiene products (e.g. pillows, covers) can only be returned if they are in unopened packaging or if the item is defective.


    If the item has been used more than is permitted for a normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the refund.


    Responsibility for return shipping:

     

    • In the event of a right of withdrawal or open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. We do not currently offer free returns or return labels.
    • In the event of a complaint (defective or incorrect product), LINDRA is responsible for the return shipping.


     

    Uncollected goods:

     

    If you do not pick up your package, a fee of 79 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and administrative costs.


    Refund:

     

    • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for purchase.
    • Refunds will be made within 14 days of us approving the return.
    • If the item does not meet the conditions for return, we may reduce the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the item.
    • Refunds without returning the product are not granted. However, in exceptional cases we may offer a partial refund along with store credit.


     

    Complaint:

    • Always check your delivery immediately upon receipt.
    • If you discover any errors or damage, please contact us at Lindra.team@outlook.com within 48 hours and attach the order number and clear pictures.
    • We are responsible for replacing defective or incorrect goods.

     

    Order cancellation:

    • Cancellations or changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped.
    • Contact us via email at Lindra.team@outlook.com and enter your order number.

     

    Limitation of liability:

    LINDRA takes no responsibility for delays or errors beyond our control, such as transportation problems, government decisions, strikes or supplier changes. The customer is always responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
